The Penny House Inn and Day Spa is a 17th century sea captains home and has operated as an Inn for more than 30 years and AS OF JUNE 5th 2012 IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. The Inn has been lovingly restored and updated but still maintains that intimate feeling that only an Inn can offer. The Penny House Inn and Day Spa is a unique Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast located in Eastham just 5 minutes to both bay & ocean beaches. The Inn is just 2 hours south of Boston and home to the Cape Cod National Seashore with 30 miles of unspoiled beaches. Coast Guard Beach which has been voted one of the top 10 beaches in the US several years in a row is just a short 5 minute drive from the inn.

We offer 12 romantically appointed rooms, many of which have 2 person spa tubs and fireplaces. All of our rooms have ensuite baths and are air conditioned. We have a beautiful saltwater pool, and serve an abundant gourmet breakfast. Operating year round, the penny house also has an on-site Spa. We offer complimentary afternoon tea with fresh baked scones along with other baked goods and a variety of teas. We hope to soon welcome you to our home.
